Terms of Service

• One account per person. Give a real email address — password resets and order notices go there.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your password to yourself.
• We may suspend an account that abuses the service, charges back a payment, or attempts fraud.

Orders are fulfilled by third-party providers. When you place one, the link and quantity you entered are sent to the provider handling that service.

• Delivery times shown on a service are estimates from the provider, not a guarantee.
• Once an order has been sent to a provider it usually cannot be cancelled. Check the link before you order.
• Your account or post must be public for the whole delivery. A private, deleted or renamed target is the most common reason an order fails.
• Do not change your username while an order is running — the provider loses the target and the order cannot be recovered.
• Placing more than one order on the same link at the same time can cause both to under-deliver.

Nothing illegal, and nothing aimed at harming someone. That includes content that harasses, impersonates, or targets a private individual, and anything that breaks the rules of the platform the order points at. We will cancel such orders and may close the account.

• Funds you add become panel balance and are used to buy services here.
• Prices are shown before you confirm an order and are taken from your balance at that moment.
• Refunds are handled as described in the refund policy — as panel balance, not back to the payment method.

Providers change their prices, speeds and availability, sometimes without notice, so services may be repriced, paused or removed. We do not promise uninterrupted availability of the panel itself, and we are not responsible for what a social platform does to an account.

These terms may change as the service does. The date at the top tells you when they last did. Continuing to use the panel after a change means you accept the updated terms.
